   To ensure reliability and efficiency in product development, the company has tightly surrounded around technological innovations, formulating APQP and Design Research Control Procedure, R&D Personnel Qualification Audit Criteria, KPI Incentive Program and other similar systems, to effectively ensure technological center's operation.   

After find technological and marketing opportunities, Product Planning Department will be taking full consideration at premise of investment and risk, the Board of Directors will make target direction and action planning for innovative activities.; and actively searching for external cooperation and optimizing resources,  saving the group's innovative costs, improving innovative efficiency; during innovative process, taking incentive processes and cooperation to improve employees'  enthusiasms and lessening internal frictions; during constant circulating process, using innovative technology and knowledge, pass through company's innovative management system for processing, and produce products that can better satisfy each requirement.

    In Evervictory's's R&D Department's Product Development Department: We have DVD Hardware Development Team, AMP Hardware Development Team, Structural Development Team, Software Development Center and Design Inspection Team, engineers from different fields total more than 100, other R&D personnel combining have more than 10 people;  Sampling Department: BOM Input, Sampling-Making Team, Graphic Design Team, EQA, Product Certification Team, total of more than 30 people.  Evervictory being a high-end car electronic system manufacturing high-tech enterprise, we itself specialized and focused heavily on technology investment and research, yearly investment is not lower than 5% of sales revenue, ensuring product research's continuing sustainability and research achievement can be fully enacted in marketing.
